At CalmBridge Resource Center, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damage, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly work to provide a replacement or refund if the issue qualifies.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variation expectations

  • Accidental orders

  • Personalized/custom items

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can help review the tracking information and assist with next steps.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
